Please see some of the most common forms of Falsification: ● Verbatim: not reading the script verbatim. Paraphrasing, rewording, skipping information, shortening(or lengthening!), and otherwise not sticking to the script. ● Not reading the Monitoring Disclosure, “This call may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance purposes.” ● Interpreting the script for the respondent by changing the wording is also Falsifying. The script must be read 100% verbatim unless instructed otherwise by a Dynata Supervisor (This will always be communicated to you through messaging in app). If it is necessary to re-read a question or part, the Partner must not paraphrase or reword the script. ● Not recording everything exactly as it is said by the respondent in open-ended questions. Make sure to correct spelling and abbreviations before submission. ● Selecting the wrong answer may result in a deduction per occurrence, or it may be considered as falsification. ● Submitting a survey without a respondent on the line. ● Failure to read any question or coding answers not selected by the respondent are considered falsification.

Let's make sure your work is valid, Partners. An invalidated survey is deleted and does not count toward your PR (productivity rate). Stick to the script(verbatim), avoid biasing, keep your voice upbeat and conversational sounding, and do not falsify. Falsification will result in permanent removal from the platform. Every completed survey is checked for quality and validity.
