Refusal Conversion Assistance: NEVER accept the first "No." When anyone declines to participate as soon as you read the intro and you simply respond by saying "Thank you," and ending the call, you put your PR in jeopardy. Our clients expect us to give every person we reach a reason to participate if they don't agree immediately. If we don't make that attempt, in addition to not meeting your PR, we also waste client sample. You are required to make one attempt to convert respondents who initially don't want to participate. Respondents can have different reservations about taking a survey. It's your role to change their mind. When they sound unsure, tell them how important their opinions are, or approximately how long the survey will take. Then, without hesitation start reading the script -you don't want to hesitate after you have given them a good reason to participate. If they say they don't have time, always be prepared with a response that works for you: "I understand you're busy, this will only take XX minutes and your opinion is very important." If it is a short survey, say so. They may be assuming that they are going to be stuck on the phone for a long time. "We can start right now and be done in just a few minutes."

Dora, Dynata wants all partners dialing efficiently, be sure to be in Ready mode, dialing numbers quickly. You should be dialing 75-100 numbers an hour. Please dispose unanswered call at 24 seconds

Hey Dora, Dynata wants to remind all partners to make sure to do BTS once they are on yellow and red icon and not wait for someone to tell them what to do. Thats a very basic knowledge they should know. And make sure they are not staying on ready page and keep dialing.

You are spending an excessive amount of time in Wrap & Break time. If we do not see an immediate improvement, we will need to ask you to log out for the evening.

Dynata is reporting you as a No Show for your shift within Interviewer. If you were LATE logging in, have gone on break early, or been in a Test Survey too long then this could be the reason you are receiving this message. The client needs you to work one full hour before going on break. If you are having tech issues we need you to reach out to us in messaging. No Shows affect your stats and ability to pick up future shifts. If you are having trouble checking in on the app please reboot the app and try again. For dead air or audio problems we recommend clearing cache and going Not Ready, refreshing the page, and then Ready again. If this doesn't help, please log out and log back in.
