If it is necessary to re-read a question or part, the Partner must not paraphrase or reword the script. ● Not recording everything exactly as it is said by the respondent in open-ended questions. Make sure to correct spelling and abbreviations before submission. ● Selecting the wrong answer may result in a deduction per occurrence, or it may be considered as falsification. ● Submitting a survey without a respondent on the line. ● Failure to read any question or coding answers not selected by the respondent are considered falsification.
